Volt Mobile
A subsidiary mobile phone brand built from scratch for PEP Africa: logo, brand guidelines, packaging across multiple product lines and device branding.
Challenge
PEP Africa needed a new subsidiary mobile phone brand built from scratch. Volt Mobile required a complete identity. Logo, brand guidelines, packaging across multiple product lines and device branding. All communicating energy and reliability in a competitive retail market.
Approach
I created Volt Mobile from the ground up. Started with the logo and visual identity. Then built a comprehensive set of brand guidelines covering logo usage, colour systems, typography and packaging specifications.
I designed packaging across the full product range. Phones, screen protectors and accessories. Each product communicated the brand's energy while maintaining visual consistency. I managed implementation of all packaging through to production.
Result
Volt Mobile established itself as a recognised name in PEP's mobile phone market. The cohesive identity and packaging gave the range immediate shelf presence. Detailed brand guidelines ensured consistency as the product line expanded into new categories.
